Shenzhen Promotion and Communication Presentation held in Stockholm

STOCKHOLM, Sept. 24 (Greenpost) — Shenzhen Promotion and Communication Presentation was held in Stockholm on Tuesday.

Zhang Qiaozhen, President of the General Chamber of Commerce, Cao Diefeng, Counsular of Education at the Chinese Embassy, Fan Kun, Vice President of Shenzhen Overseas Communication Association and dozens of masters or Phd students from universities in Stockholm attended the presentation.

President Zhang congratulated the presentation. She explained that the goal of her Nordic-Shenzhen General Chamber of Commerce is to promote the communication between Shenzhen and Nordic countries. We have helped nordic enterprises to go to Shenzhen and Guangzhou to attend trade and high tech fairs as well as cultural exhibitions。Today we have Shenzhen delegation coming to Sweden to present Shenzhen to you. Let’s welcome Fan Kun, Vice President of Shenzhen Overseas Communication Association.

Fan Kun said Shenzhen used to be a small fishing village with a population of only 30 thousand. Now it is one of the most innovative cities all over China.

Shenzhen aims to become a roll model for Chinese cities by 2030 and 2049 and it can even be the world’s model city. Shenzhen has wonderful environment with the lowest in PM 2.5. The city is very young and vital. It is very good for young talented people to work in Shenzhen. The treatment is very good if you can have good project or achievement, said Fan.

Counsular Cao encouraged the students to go to Shenzhen to work saying that they can have a good communication to take this opportunity.

Liu Huadian from Shenzhen Overseas Communication Association said the average age in Shenzhen is just 33 years old. So the city is the youngest one in China. The net increase of population reached by half a million to over 13 million . There are many volunteers in Shenzhen and people from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan reached 150 thousand by the end of last year. Shenzhen is very open and all the information about talented people from overseas are published on website.

They also answered questions from the students.

Shenzhen has become an admirable city for talented people. The exchange and promotion seminar was organized by Shenzhen Overseas Communication Association.

Nordic-Shenzhen General Chamber of Commerce Established in Stockholm

STOCKHOLM, Sept. 24(Greenpost) — Upon the forthcoming 70th anniversary of Chinese National Day, Nordic-Shenzhen General Chamber of Commerce was established in Stockholm on Tuesday and a grand ceremony has been held in the Chinese Cultural Center in Stockholm.

Chinese Ambassador Gui Congyou and Fan Kun Vice President of Shenzhen Overseas Communication Association granted the plaque of the Chamber of Commerce to Zhang Qiaozhen, President of the Nordic-Shenzhen General Chamber of Commerce.

Ambassador Gui expressed his sincere congratulations to the establishment of the General Chamber of Commerce and hopes that it will make further contributions to cooperation between China’s Shenzhen and Nordic countries.

Fan Kun, Vice President of Shenzhen Overseas Communication Association, made a speech about Shenzhen.

“Shenzhen’s Per capita GDP is very high in China and science and innovation level is also very high while the average age in Shenzhen is very low or the lowest in China with an average of 30 years old and the PM 2.5 is the lowest in China,” said Fan.

“That means Shenzhen is a city that is very good for young talented people to realize their dreams.” said Fan.

Han Xiaodong, Counsular of Commerce at the Chinese Embassy talked about bilateral trade and investment.

“In fact, in recent two years, Sweden enjoys surplus in export to China and China’s investment to Sweden increased substantially. This is a good trend because it indicates that the consumption level in China is increasing and investment level also increased.” said Han.

He congratulated the establishment of the General Chamber of Commerce and hopes that it will contribute more to bilateral exchange in trade and investment as well as other areas.

President Zhang Qiaozhen has said that she will do her best to promote bilateral trade and investment as well as science and technology exchange and innovation. She has helped Nordic companies to go to Shenzhen and Guangzhou and other places to participate in trade fair or exhibitions. They also received delegations from those areas to nordic countries.

Zhang said that they also announced the branches in Danmark, Finland, Iceland and Norway and issued plates to them.

Meanwhile, two strategic agreements have been signed between Zhang Qiaozhen and Tian Yubiao and another Swedish company for future cooperation.

Zhang Qiaozhen said Nordic Shenzhen General Chamber of Commerce is another important platform for Shenzhen to go abroad. They focus a lot on high tech, high tech industries, IT, Internet and R &D and help introduce enterprises with high potential and innovative enterprises. They will provide good services and commercial model design, legal matters consultation and one to one or P to P service. They also established an incubator to realise the scientific achievements and provide a bridge between nordic innovative enterprises with Chinese market.

We shall become an effective bridge between China’s Shenzhen and nordic countries and help Shenzhen enterprises to go abroad and Swedish or Nordic enterprises to Shenzhen, said Zhang.

Right after the ceremony, a meeting on promoting Shenzhen was also held with participation of Chinese students from different universities in Stockholm.

Long Yuxiang and Zhang Qiaozhen unveiled the Nordic Innovation Center Beijing Park

STOCKHOLM, Nov. 1(Greenpost)–On October 26th, the Nordic Innovation Center Beijing Park was officially unveiled. Chairman of the China International Cultural Communication Center Long Yuxiang, President of the Swiss-Chinese Entrepreneur Association and Chairman of the Nordic Innovation Center, Ms. Zhang Qiaozhen attended the ceremony and unveiled the ceremony.

Relevant leaders from the National Foreign Cultural Trade Base, Beijing Shunyi District, Beijing Tianzhu Comprehensive Bonded Zone Management Committee, Beijing State-owned Cultural Assets Supervision and Administration Office, Beijing Tianzhu Customs, Beijing Municipal Party Committee Information Department, and Cultural and Tourism Department External Relations Bureau attended the unveiling ceremony.

On October 26th, the opening ceremony of the “One Belt, One Road” Cultural Trade Exhibition Branch of China Beijing International Cultural and Creative Industry Expo in 2018 was held in the Tianyi Free Trade Zone of the Beijing Cultural and Trade Base. The Nordic Innovation Center Beijing Park was unveiled at the grand opening ceremony. At the unveiling ceremony, Chairman of the China International Cultural Communication Center, Mr. Long Yuxiang, fully affirmed the extensive work done by the Nordic Innovation Center in the practice of the “Belt and Road” and expressed high hopes for the future development of the Nordic Innovation Center.

Ms. Zhang Qiaozhen, President of the Swedish-Chinese Entrepreneur Association and Chairman of the Nordic Innovation Center, said at the opening ceremony that since the establishment of the Nordic Innovation Center, more than 100 innovations projects have been established in Northern Europe and China. In 2018, the Nordic Innovation Center established Shenzhen Headquarters and Shantou Sub-center in Shenzhen and Shantou, China respectively.

She said that today the Nordic Innovation Center officially settled in the national foreign cultural trade base (Beijing), the frontier position of the Chinese culture “bringing in and going out”, and grandly listed in the political, cultural and economic center of the motherland, is a milestone of the Nordic Innovation Center. The big event marks the Nordic Innovation Center will enter a new stage.

In the future, the Nordic Innovation Center Beijing Park will become a new operation center in Greater China and even in the Asia Pacific region. It will better serve innovative entrepreneurial organization and individuals in need around the world. This time, the Nordic Innovation Center is able to establish a far-reaching cooperative relationship with the National Foreign Cultural Trade Base and Beijing Wentou Group, and join hands to create an innovative international cultural platform.  The Nordic Innovation Center was established in August 2017 and the Nordic headquarters was established at the World Trade Center in Stockholm, Sweden. The Nordic Innovation Center, as a professional and innovative project integrated operation platform, focuses on the latest technological innovation companies in Northern Europe and the world.

The Nordic Innovation Center enters China through a Nordic project or enterprise that is optimally adapted to China’s capital and industry positioning, and through its established project management mechanism, provides project introduction and evaluation and China’s industrial policy for domestic and overseas projects seeking Chinese funds and the Chinese market。The center also provides consulting, innovative R&D support, project planning, financing and guidance, industrial parks and capital docking, market-oriented counseling, such as the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, corporate listing incubation, IPO counseling, exhibitions and other solutions.

STOCKHOLM, Sept. 20(Greenpost)– During the Shenzhen International Image promotion event and “City+” exhibition held in Stockholm, Liu Ang, Deputy Director of the Office of the Shenzhen municipal government said Shenzhen and Stockholm have many opportunities for mutually beneficial collaboration in the fields of sustainable development, technology innovation, culture, healthcare and education.

He said that Shenzhen is the first and the most successful special economic zone in China, and it is the frontier and window for the world to learn about the achievements and development of the reform and opening in China. It has developed from “the small fishing village across Hong Kong” to a great city with equal economic entity compared to Hong Kong.

Shenzhen is the youngest first-tier cities in China, it was found 38 years ago, and the average age of population is only 33 years old.

Shenzhen is also a city of innovation in China and even worldwide. Many big technology and financial innovative companies gather in Shenzhen and Shenzhen provides a sustainable development environment for medium and small business.

Further more, Shenzhen is a low-carbon green city. It has the best city air in China, the cleanest public transportation system, more than 50 % of urban green coverage rate, and the precious mangrove forest coastline.

President Xi jingping once said: “The friendship between nations depends on people’s affinity”. It is the same for the friendship between cities.

STOCKHOLM, Sept. 14(Greenpost) — China Import&Export Trade Fair and China International Import Expo promotion conference has been held in Stockholm.

 

Zhang Qiaozhen, President of Sweden-China Entrepreneur Association and focal person in Nordic Innovation Center made a welcome remark.

“Over the past 61 years, Canton Fair has been a grand international fair growing up along with New China and a witness for China’s reform and opening up.  ”

Zhang Qiaozhen said over the past decade, Canton Fair has strengthened China and the World’s Trade relations and become the first promotion platform for foreign trade.

Sweden-China Entrepreneur Association is an organization that serves as a bridge between Nordic enterprises and enterprises and government in information exchange, mutual help and cooperation and win-win.  “We shall help those companies that are suitable to develop in China to find partners in China and even help them find funding and provide marketing solutions.  Canton Fair is a good platform for you to go to China and Asian market.”

 

Han Xiaodong, counselor at the Chinese Embassay in Sweden said Sweden has seen surplus in trade with China. This implies that Chinese people have a strong demand of Swedish goods. He welcomes Swedish enterprises to attend the Canton Fair and China International Import and Export Fair.

 

Elisabet Söderstrom, Secretary of Sweden-China Trade Council said at the conference that although there are many media in the society, there is still the need to meet face to face.  Canton Fair and China International Import and Export Fair. She said that Huawei and Volvo are actually also their members.

 

Fredrik Uddenfeldt, Director of Asia Region in Invest Sweden said trade between China and Sweden has increased a lot. Sweden has exported more products to China than to America. Sweden’s enterprises in China also see increases in a number of over 100. China’s manufacturing industry are the best and some products are even better than that in Europe.  So he encouraged enterprises to go to China to attend the two fairs.

 

Lena Miranda, Chairman of Sweden Incubater and CEO of Jönköping Incubater said that it is time for both Sweden and China to do real businesses, it is not just a visit, but do real business.  Canton Fair and CIIE are good platform for businesses.

 

Ye Jijiang, Vice Chairman of China Foreign Trade Center finally made a promotion about Canton Fair and CIIE.

“China is melting into the world and the world also needs China. Over the past 61 years, one can see that Canton Fair is one of the most professional trade fair platform. ”

With the 123 fairs over 61 years, China has become the largest export freight trade country.  Canton fair has become the largest fair in the world. During the Spring Fair, a total of 667 Swedish attended the fair among 203346 people.

The 124 fair will be held in Canton between Mid October and Nov. 4.  Ye Jijiang welcome all the Swedish entrepreneurs to attend the fairs.

Moreover, Nov. 5-10, China International Import Expo  will be held in Shanghai, with 2800 enterprises from 130 countries and regions being registered.

The CIIE will be a great platform for bilateral trade.

The two sides also held a small scale close door meeting before the conference.

Over 100 Swedish entrepreneurs and Swedish-Chinese entrepreneurs attended the conference to exchange ideas and shared information。

   SCEA and China-Sweden Startup Forum encourage young entrepreneurs to come to China

STOCKHOLM, May 29 (Greenpost) – Sweden-China Entrepreneur Association sponsored China-Sweden Startup Forum has encouraged Swedish young people to come to China to establish their businesses.

Being held in Stockholm’s KTH on May 25, over a hundred Swedish students and overseas Chinese students attended a forum titled Dragon Slide meaning that people are afraid of going to Chinese market, but the Chinese Dragon will actually bring a lot of opportunities for entrepreneurs.

Zhang Qiaozhen, President of Sweden-China Entrepreneur Association opened the forum and explained the mission of her association.

Zhang Qiaozhen said her association has held various summit between China and Sweden. For example, they held Nordic exhibition gallery during China International Cultural Fairs in Shenzhen in early May. In November they will participate in the China International Technology Achievement Fair (High-tech Fair) and host Nordic exhibition gallery to build up bridges in science and culture between Nordic countries and China. She called on young entrepreneurs to participate in her Nordic exhibition gallery in November this year.

She said under the leadership of President Xi Jinping, China has lowered its development speed and sought for high quality and efficiency. China is stepping on the green and low carbon and sustainable development road. This will not only be conducive to Chinese people but also contribute to the global development. Sweden has a lot of good experience worthwhile for China to learn.

Zhang Qiaozhen’s speech won a lot of response from the young entrepreneurs.

Juan Mauritz, founder of Swedish Startup Forum and SISP Chinese regional director Ulf Borbos also introduced their responsibilities at the opening of the forum.

Daigang, Counselor of Science and Technology of the Chinese Embassy in Sweden also attended the forum. He discussed the startups with Zhang Qiaozhen during the forum.

During the forum, Swedish entrepreneurs and professionals explained why people should go to China to develop with their own experiences and the difficulties and lessons.

The forum also arranged a program called Explore China meaning that they will arrange students to visit China and 777 students registered. Finally 16 were selected to have the chance to go to China to visit enterprises.

Many people are interested in exploring China, but they have language and cultural difficulties and that is what Sweden-China Entrepreneur Association likes to serve for them.

The forum attracted one than a hundred students and young entrepreneurs and they also commended the forum is very interesting and informative.

Long Yuxiang Meets SCEA President Zhang Qiaozhen in Stockholm

STOCKHOLM, Jan. 16(Greenpost)—Visiting CPPCC member and Executive Director of China International Cultural Communication Center Long Yuxiang has met Zhang Qiaozhen, President of Sweden-China Entrepreneur Association in Stockholm on Jan. 13, 2018. They have exchanged ideas on promoting cooperation between China and Sweden in cultural, economic and sports sectors especially in ice hockey.

Zhang Qiaozhen has expressed warm welcome and deep gratitude  to Long Yuxiang’s visit. She said that SCEA is an information exchange platform for Swedish and Chinese entrepreneurs and was established on November  2015.  It mainly focuses on  environmental protection, energy saving technology, clean energy, biomedicine, life science, electronic information etc.

Zhang Qiaozhen said SCEA will try its best to provide a friendship bridge across the border and cultures between the two sides. It is a platform for scientific research, finance, trade and talented people. In the areas of  winter sports in particular ice hockey, China has made a great leap forward development in recent years and are looking forward to 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.

Zhang said SCEA hopes to be able to join hands with China International Cultural Communication Center to do its best in ice hockey cooperation and 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.

Long Yuxiang has thanked Zhang Qiaozhen for her contribution in pushing forward  exchanges and cooperation between the two sides. He said Sweden is an important country in Europe and the largest country in Nordic region. It has advanced economic and technological development. Its Swedish Model in social governance is well-known in the world.

Long said Sino-Swedish friendship has had a long history and Sweden is the first western country in the world to establish diplomatic relations with China.  In recent years, Sino-Swedish relations developed steadily and cooperation in various fields are deepened. As an important window for China to conduct cultural exchange with foreign countries, China International Cultural Communication Center has been engaged in making national cultural brand, holding the responsibility of attracting foreign culture towards the future, and established friendly relations with 130 countries in the world.

“President Xi Jinping has paid important attention to ice hockey development and made a series of directories for hosting 2022 winter Olympics. Kunlun Red Star Ice Hockey Club was established on June 25, 2016 witnessed by both Chinese and Russian Presidents. It symbolizes the birth of the first Chinese World class Ice Hockey Club. Since its establishment, it has seriously implemented Xi Jinping’s important mandate in order to promote Chinese Ice Hockey team to achieve excellent achievements in Winter Olympics. It has made great progress in improving Chinese ice hockey teams’ overall level. It also takes “belt and road” initiative as its mission to promote sports and culture exchanges. ”

Long Yuxiang said his center is more than willing to exchange and cooperate with Sweden-China Entrepreneur Association in promoting bilateral cultural , economic and sports especially ice hockey exchange and cooperation.

China welcomes Sweden to cooperate in ice sports:Chinese Ambassador Gui

STOCKHOLM, Jan. 14(Greenpost)–Chinese Ambassador to Sweden Gui Congyou has said China warmly welcome Sweden to cooperate and exchange with China in ice and snow sports.

He made this remark at Sweden-China Cultural Economic Sports Summit Forum held on Saturday in Stockholm.  The forum was sponsored by Sweden-China Entrepreneurs Association and supported by the visiting China International Communication Center and Beijing Kunlun Red Star Ice Hockey Club delegation and the Chinese Embassy to Sweden.

“I am very grateful for the visit with my invitation within a short time because it shows China’s great enthusiasm in ice hockey and paying great attention to bilateral exchange in ice sports with Sweden. It is well-known that Sweden is a strong country in ice hockey and other ice sports. I sincerely hope Swedish friends to seize this precious chance to actively conduct ice and snow sports exchange with China, jointly push Sino-Swedish relations in ice and snow sports to further develop and make great contribution to international Olympic Sports and world’s sports cause.” said Gui.

Zhang Qiaozhen, President of Sweden-China Entrepreneurs Association said her association likes to make their contribution to promote Sino-Swedish Ice sports cooperation.

“As Sweden-China Entrepreneurs Association, we’re willing to serve as a good bridge between Sweden and China in Sports and Cultural exchanges. We’re going to have detail discussions in this field.”

K-G Stoppel, Vice CEO of Swedish Djurgardens IF Hockey Club said that as a representative from the Ice Hockey circle, he thinks it is very important to promote and spread ice hockey.

“I think there is no better cooperation than with China. I fully agree that Beijing’s 2022 Winter Olypics will be a great chance for Chinese to increase their interest in ice sports. Considering Swedish Ice Hockey’ long history and our expertise in ice hockey and other ice sport training, I think we can cooperate with Chinese side in providing training for Chinese players, I look forward to further cooperation.  ”

But he warned that ice hockey is a sport that needs a lot of time, energy and sweat. It takes a long time to make breakthrough.

Long Yuxiang, CEO of China International Cultural Communicaiton Center expressed his gratitude to the Ambassador’s invitation and the hospitality of Zhang Qiaozhen, President of Sweden-China Entrepreneurs Association and the Swedish friends. He said his center was founded in 1984 and has become an important window for China’s cultural exchange with other countries. It has cultural exchanges with 130 countries in the world. He stressed that Chinese President Xi Jinping has paid great attention to 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics which will provide a lot of opportunities for Ice Hockey players.

“Sweden is our dreamed country in ice sports. I believe we will establish deep friendship through cultural and sports in particular ice hockey. I sincerely welcome Swedish Ice Hockey Association to visit us. We have established eight Ice hockey clubs in China within just one year, we plan to establish 20 Ice Hockey Clubs this year. Chances are equal for everyone, but if Sweden comes first, we prefer to cooperate with you.”

Kunlun Red Star Ice Hockey Club also presented their ice jersey to their Swedish counterparts while Sweden-China Entrepreneur Association also presented their presents to the honorary guests.

Goran Tidstrom, Vice Chairman of the Board of Djurgardens IF Hockey Club and Swedish Ice Hockey Association Board Member, Mickael Tellqvist, Former Goal Keeper and Martin Lundby from Swedish Ice Hockey Association were also present at the forum.

The forum was organized by Sweden-China Entrepreneurs Association and supported by China International Cultural Communication Center and the Chinese Embassy in Sweden.

Han Xiaodong, Counselor of Commerce and Pu Zhengdong, Counselor of Culture of the Chinese Embassy, Shouting Zhang, President of Nordic Sustainable Development Association, Zhang Shaobin, President of Shenzhen Kong-wah Real Estate Group, Zhang Shenhua from Shenzhen Xinyu Fund and Zhang Luping, General Manager of Rongtai Investment AB were also present at the forum.

First Sweden-China Entrepreneur Conference held in Shenzhen fruitful

STOCKHOLM, Nov. 20(Greenpost)—The first Sweden-China Entrepreneurs Match Making seminar held in Shen Zhen on Nov. 17 was very fruitful.

 

Many Swedish companies including Nordic Innovation Center,  Bayn Europe AB and Highlands Uptown AB and Sweden-China Entrepreneur Association have presented their companies, met their Chinese counterparts and signed agreements with them for future cooperation.

At the forum focusing on belt and road initiative, Gao Sinuo, Shenzhen Investment Promotion Agency said that Shenzhen is an innovative and open city and the bridge in connection to the outside world. Shenzhen is a cosmopolitan with greatest potential to invest.

Patrik Edström from Bayn Europe AB said his company is engaged in studying sugar reduction solutions at various chain. It was established in 2009 and was in public listing in Nasdaq in 2014.

Anders Berg, CEO of Highlander Uptown AB said they are going to build a financial IT platform and can help financial institutions to lower their cost by 90 percent and give good returns for private savings.

Agreements signed during the conference

Three agreements have been signed during the Swedan China Entrepreneur meeting.

Zhang Qiaozhen, President of Sweden-China Entrepreneur Association and Zhang Kao, Secretary of Huaya Center signed MOU, Patrik Edström of Bayn Europe AB signed agreement with Zhang Luping, General Manager of Kongwah Real Estate Group on studying of sugar reduction.

Leif Anders Berg signed agreement with Zhang Shenhua, President  of Shenzhen Xinyu Fund Management Co.ltd.

Zhang Qiaozhen thinks this signing of agreements between Swedish and Chinese enterprises is due to  a two year efforts. Sweden-China Entrepreneur Association and Bayn Europe AB signed agreement to cooperate in lowering sugar for good health. Karolinska Cancer research project and Finteck Financial management project have been a sign that the two projects have been in contact and cooperation with their Chinese counterparts.

Trade talks between the two sides

Ai Xuefeng, Vice Mayor of Shenzhen led his colleagues Qiu Xuan, Gao Lin, Sun Huaizhong, Wang Youming and Chen Guangwen from Shenzhen government came to talk with the Swedish companies led by Olle Zetterberg, Director of Business Sweden, Ulf Borbos of North European Innovation Center, Leif Anders from Highlander Uptown AB, Zhang Qiaozhen , President of  Sweden-China Entrepreneur Association and Zhang Luping, General Manager of Kongwah Real Estate Group.

Ai Xuefeng made an introduction about Shenzhen’s economic development and its strategic role in belt and road initiative.

He welcome Swedish entrepreneurs to invest in Shenzhen.

Olle Zetterberg said he was very  glad to come to beautiful Shenzhen and willing to cooperate with China. Sweden has a lot of high tech which can have great potential in China. Sweden-China Entrepreneur Association gave us a good beginning in bringing Swedish technology into China.

Zhang Qiaozhen held that although Sweden is the first country that established diplomatic relations with China, due to historical and cultural differences, there is still lack of understanding between the two sides. That is why Sweden-China Entrepreneur Association came into being. Its headquarter is in Stockholm. Over the past two years, the association is engaged in projects in high-tech, environmental protection, energy saving, clean energy and electronics. So far it has helped 105 high-tech enterprises and provided incubation platform for dozens of companies.

Thanks to the Chinese government’s free booth of High-Tech fair, Sweden-China Entrepreneur Association help many enterprises to attend this exhibition. Her association will continue to  exert an important role in providing good bridge for the two sides.

On Nov.18, Zetterberg and other Nordic Entrepreneurs were invited to visit the headquarters of the Kongwah Real Estate Group which covers a total of 30 thousand square meters in 16 storeys. The two sides discussed the establishment of Shenzhen Nordic Innovation Center and Incubator.

Zhang Luping also presented the company’s development plan and structure,hoping more European High-Tech enterprises can end up in Shenzhen.
